There are still lots of neighborhoods in the capital area without power. I realize that the electrical crews are working on those situations and I'm not asking that they take care of me before anyone else. I think it's much more important to get all the traffic signals functioning again so that's not draining the police manpower.

However, I am concerned and would like to know if any additional police patrols are taking place to reinforce security for the areas that are still without power (since we can't rely on security lighting or alarms, and many of those residents have found cooler places to stay in the meantime, making the homes more inviting targets for criminals).
